This prestigious apartment has been totally
refurbished, it is housed on the first floor of
a palace located at short distance from Rialto
bridge and of Mercerie: very central but very
quiet area. Saint Mark's Square is only a quick
5 minutes walk.

It is possible to
visite Murano,Burano,Torcello,Lido.During summer
it is possible to go to the famous beach on the
Lido with the boat which stpo at the
S.Marc/S.Zaccaria just nesr the apartments(only
10 minutes by boat).
Murano: the main
attraction of Murano is a visit to one of its
artisan shops to assist a demonstration of the
glass-blowing tecnique through which real
masterpieces of glass are created.
Burano: the most picturesque of the
Lagoon Islands,is situated in a northem lonely
part and is visible from the distance bacause of
its high bell tower.Here is still developed lace
handicraft and this tradition led to found a
professional school called Scuola dei
Merletti.Is very difficult to find original lace
of Burano because the expensive specimens
require weeks of hard work.

From the A4
Venezia/Milano highway (8 Km.),exit at
Venezia,go toward Venezia to parking of
Tronchetto where you can park your car and the
take a ferry toward Rialto to the Rialto stop.
From Piazzale Roma (10 minutes) take a ferry
toward Rialto to the Rialto stop.
From the
Marco Polo Airport (15 Km.),take a bus n.5,or
shuttle to Venezia,to the Piazzale Roma Stop and
then take a ferry toward Rialto.
HOW TO
REACH RIALTO APARTMENT FROM THE STOP BOAT BUS
"RIALTO".
From Marco Polo Airpoort take a
schuttle or the bus n.5 to Piazzale Roma;From
Piazzale Roma take the boat ACTV n. 82 to Rialto
stop (about 10 minutes).
From rilway station
Santa Lucia ,or from Troncchetto parking ,take
the boat ACTV n.82 to Rialto stop (about 10
minutes).
When you get off from
"vaporetto" (boat bus) n. 82 at Rialto stop,
turn right immediately.When you get to the
corner of "Golden Point's shop", turn left and
reach "Campo San Salvador". Here, at the corner
of "Credito Italiano" bank turn left again and
get to "Campo San Bortolomio". On your right
take the "Sottoportego della Bissa", cross the
bridge and go straight on till you find a
Chemist's. There turn right to "Calle della
Fava" and then turn left in to the second
"calle" (named "Calle Larga"). At the end of
this "calle" you will find the apartment.
